My sister recently stayed at this property, and she said it was clearly a case of "good enough for free", and wasn't in the best of neighborhoods. Reviews on Tripadvisor are unequivocally negative, with titles such as "Yuck!" and "Horrible!" and "This hotel is completely disgusting!". So, we'll leave it up to your discretion whether or not such a hotel is worth "free".
